These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vision Thrusters LLC website, our internal tools, and our text message notifications. By using them you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Vision Thrusters LLC is a limited liability company that builds internal automation and monitoring systems for electronics design, manufacturing and fulfillment operations.
Permitted use
Our internal tools and dashboards are provided for use by our staff and authorized business associates. You agree not to access systems you are not authorized to use, not to interfere with their operation, and not to use them for any unlawful purpose.
Text message notifications
Program description. Vision Thrusters LLC sends internal operational alerts by text message, such as equipment status, production job completion, and order or inventory notifications. This program is not used for marketing.
Who receives messages. Only our own staff and business associates who provided their mobile number directly to us and agreed to receive these alerts. We do not send messages to the general public.
Message frequency. Frequency varies and depends on the operational events being reported.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email simon@visionthrusters.com.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Intellectual property
The content, software and materials we make available are owned by Vision Thrusters LLC or our licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Disclaimer
Our website and tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, timely or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vision Thrusters LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of our website, tools or messages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Vision Thrusters LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.
