Alerting
The part people actually feel: a short message when something finishes, runs dry or goes wrong, sent to whoever can act on it.
Internal SMS notifications
We operate a small text message program used strictly for internal operational alerts. Here is exactly what it is and how to leave it.
Messages go to our own staff and to business associates who gave us their mobile number directly and agreed to receive them. Typical messages are equipment status, production job completion, and order or inventory alerts.
We do not send marketing text messages, and we do not text members of the general public.
